Study Group Schedule and Objectives
The sound meditation for the week will be unlocked the Monday of that week. You will have the entire week to listen and record your experiences--meaning you can listen once or every day. The amount of time you work with the sound is up to you.
Every experience of the sound meditation will be different. One time you might find your body twitching. Another time you might see colors or have a vision. Because of this, I invite you to approach each sound meditation with openness and willingness to allow the sound to take you where you need to go.
There is no right or wrong way to experience and receive sound. When you try to make a sound experience fit in a certain way, often nothing will happen or what you didn't expect will happen. That is okay. Everything is information.
The study group meetings are Tuesday 7-8:30 pm (Eastern Standard Time), Friday 10-11:30 am EST, and/or Sunday 3:30-5pm EST. The meetings will be recorded and published for those who are unable to attend. Zoom links will be located in a "lesson" called Zoom and throughout the course.
If you cannot make the Zoom lessons and have a question please email me! I love hearing your feedback and what questions you have.
I'll answer the questions as they come in on the following Zoom call. To make sure I see your question please write in the subject line: Study Group Question.

Here is the core learning outcomes breakdown:
1. Sound Meditations for Deep Listening and Intuitive Connection
Engage in guided sound meditations designed to deepen your connection to your body and intuition. Begin to recognize the subtle language of the higher Self as your brain goes into a deep meditation state allowing the conscious mind to step aside for deeper communication to emerge.
2. Decoding Your Mind-Body's Language: Symbolism, Metaphor, and Allegory
Learn how your body and subconscious communicate through symbolic language. Identify and interpret the allegories, metaphors, and symbols that reveal deeper insights about your mind-body connection.
3. Mapping Your Personal Communication Patterns
Discover and map your unique communication patterns. Develop a core vocabulary to understand recurring symbols and sensations that arise during sound meditations, enabling clearer mind-body dialogue.
4. Harmonizing Mind, Body, and Spirit through Sound Practices
Learn to use sound to promote harmony within the body and mind. Practice techniques for reducing stress, enhancing relaxation, and cultivating mental clarity through regular sound-based exercises.
5. Building a Toolkit for Intuitive Sound Communication
Create a personal toolkit of sound exercises and reflective practices to integrate into your daily life. Use sound to access your higher Self, reduce inner resistance, and foster intuitive understanding.
By the end of the course, you'll have the tools to continuously refine your mind-body and higher Self communication, improve emotional resilience, and deepen your access to intuitive guidance for long-term harmony.
- These key concepts emphasize the experiential learning process, aligning sound with personal growth and intuitive development.
I used to prepare courses syllabi for courses at uni and cannot seem to break the 20 year mold of learning objectives and outcomes. Feel free to comment and let me know if you have a better way to perceive this information! I'd love to make it feel more user friendly.
